To be able to place a bid you need a pigeongalaxy account.
You can create an account by clicking the "Register" button under the login form. 
All the information that you provide in the form are strictly confidential.
After you have created the account, an confirmation email will be sent to you at the 
address provided in the registration form. Please follow the link in the email to 
confirm your email address.

Once the email is validated you can start bidding.
A bid must add at least 10 euro to the current bid and also must be a multiple of 10.
ex: current bid is 310 euro	
 - you van bid 320 or 330 and so on
 - you can't bid 315 (because is less than 10 euro)
 - you can't bid 332 (because is not a multiple of 10)
 
EN:
If a bid is placed within 15 minutes before the auction ends, that auction will be extended with another 15 minutes.
This process will continue until no more bids will be placed.

RO:
Daca se plaseaza o oferta in ultimele 15 minute de valabilitate a licitatiei, aceasta se va prelungi cu inca 15  minute.
Acest proces va continua pana in clipa in care nu se vor mai plasa oferte.
 

Public auction of "Balkanic Fair-Play 2009"

We'd like to thank all fanciers from Romania and abroad who showed interested in acquiring the pigeons offered in the online pre-auction, organized between 1st of September - 28th of September, in collaboration with www.pigeongalaxy.com, partner of www.pipa.be.

The final auction will be held in public, at the Balkanic Fair-Play One Loft Race, Sunday, 4th of October, starting at 12 PM (GMT +2).

Licitatia publica a columbodromului international "Balkanic Fair-Play"

Dorim sa multumim pe aceasta cale tuturor crescatorilor din Romania si strainatate care si-au aratat interesul fata de porumbeii oferiti la pre-licitatia online organizata in perioada 1 septembrie - 28 septembrie, in colaborare cu www.pigeongalaxy.com, partener al www.pipa.be.

Licitatia finala se va derula in mod PUBLIC, la sediul columbodromului "Balkanic Fair-Play", duminica, 4 octombrie, cu incepere la orele 12.00, care va fi completata de festivitatea de premiere a castigatorilor.
